Thomas has experience in the national restaurant scene and in many of the Bay Area's most popular and well-regarded establishments. From casual dining to fine dining, in multiple cuisines, and from the Kitchen into the Dining Room. He owned his own company, Culinary Keystone, for four and a half years, before returning to Left Bank as the Chief Operations Officer. Thomas's philosophy is creative problem solving and flexibility of process, reinforced with the necessary fortitude and perseverance that brings projects to a successful completion. Succinctly, he likes to provide viable solutions with measurable results. On occasion, he loves to have "Aha" moments with food and wine with his guests and friends.
He enjoys farmers markets, swimming, cycling, reading, history, gardening, traveling, people, and learning. He lives in San Rafael with his very significant other, Rosa.
