A key manager in the restaurant industry since 1993, Kenn’s life-long passion is food and wine. An educated chef from Denmark, he has embraced the opportunity to explore diverse cuisines, and the wine that compliments the culinary experience.

Kenn’s extensive experience includes food, beverage, and special event management roles at well regarded facilities including The Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, Calistoga Ranch in Napa Valley, The Inn at Spanish Bay, and the Lodge at Pebble Beach. These valuable roles imparted Kenn with a strong sense of how to deliver flawless hospitality and at the same time provide true value to the guest. Kenn is known for his focus on teamwork, calm demeanor, and of course, his warm smile.  

While not in the restaurant, Kenn likes spending time on the hiking trails and preparing a great meal for family and friends.
