Private Dining Coordinator - Menlo Park
A native of Yorkshire, England, Charles has been in the food service industry since arriving in the Bay Area 24 years ago. He worked for acclaimed Chef Jeremiah Tower at Stars, the famous San Francisco brasserie, from 1989 to 1997.
Involved in private dining on the Peninsula for the past 13 years, he became an original opening team member of Left Bank in October 2003.
An active member of the San Mateo and Menlo Park communities, he is a founding member of the Private Dining Association of the Peninsula. A resident of San Mateo, he is passionate about great food and service.
